The service

Manger Bot helps wholesalers and distributors receive orders on WhatsApp and turn them into sales orders. The service is in early access and features may change.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful business messaging and follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.
• Get your customers' permission before messaging them on WhatsApp.
• Review and approve orders before they are posted to your inventory system.
• Keep your login details safe.

Automated results

Manger Bot uses automation and AI to read messages. Results can contain mistakes, which is why orders require approval. You are responsible for the orders you approve.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Manger Bot is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by third-party services such as WhatsApp or your inventory provider.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
